These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BookdUp SMS appointment booking service ("Service"). By texting our booking number, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

BookdUp provides an automated SMS-based appointment booking and reminder service for independent service professionals. The Service allows clients to book, confirm, and receive reminders for appointments via text message.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive:

• Booking confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder messages (typically 1 per appointment, sent the day before)
• Scheduling availability messages in response to your inquiries

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

6. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.

• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

BookdUp is not responsible for missed appointments due to technical failures beyond our control, including carrier outages or message delivery failures.
